Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a semiconductor switch and a semiconductor circuit which have a higher level of convenience. Provided is a semiconductor switch comprising first and second transistors, wherein the first transistor is a field effect transistor, the second transistor is a super junction bipolar transistor, and the first and second transistors are Darlington-connected so that the front stage becomes the first transistor.
