Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the electrical conductivity of a semisolid electrolyte layer. In order to solve the above-described problem, a semisolid electrolyte layer according to the present invention contains: a semisolid electrolyte that comprises particles and a semisolid electrolyte solution containing a semisolid electrolyte solvent and a low viscosity organic solvent; and a semisolid electrolyte binder. This semisolid electrolyte layer is characterized in that: the semisolid electrolyte solution is supported by the particles; and the ratio of the low viscosity organic solvent to 100% by weight of the mixed solvent of the semisolid electrolyte solvent and the low viscosity organic solvent is 10% by weight or more.
