Provided in the present disclosure are a sending device, a receiving device, an interference information sending method and a channel access method. The receiving device comprises: a processing unit, which is used to measure the interference of an unlicensed frequency band so as to obtain interference information; and the sending unit, which is used to send the interference information to the sending device.
