Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a sending power determination method and apparatus, and a terminal device and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving a first message, wherein the first message comprises a plurality of pieces of indication information, the plurality of pieces of indication information are associated with different transmission layers of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), the transmission layers associated with different pieces of indication information correspond to different PTRS ports, and the indication information is sounding resource indicator (SRI) information or transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state information; the terminal device determining a power boosting value of each PTRS port on the basis of the number of target transmission layers, wherein the target transmission layers are any one of the following: the transmission layers respectively associated with the plurality of pieces of indication information, the transmission layers respectively corresponding to the PTRS ports, and all the transmission layers of the PUSCH; and the terminal device determining the sending power of each PTRS port on the basis of the power boosting value of each PTRS port.
