Abstract:
A sensor applicator for percutaneous implantation of a sensor, and a medical device. The sensor applicator comprises a first housing (100) and a needle insertion assembly. The needle insertion assembly comprises a needle holder (300) and a second housing (400), a distal end of the second housing (400) being provided with a first mounting seat (410). The first mounting seat (410) is connected to a first elastic member (500). The first mounting seat (410) comprises a plurality of elastic claws (412). The first housing (100) comprises a clasping member (120) and a pressing portion (200), and the clasping member (120) can be sleeved outside the elastic claws (412) to clasp the elastic claws (412) before the needle insertion assembly approaches the proximal end of the first housing (100). After the pressing portion (200) is triggered, the needle insertion assembly moves toward the proximal end of the first housing (100) to percutaneously implant a sensor (710) into the subcutaneous tissue of a target subject until the clasping member (120) can be separated from the elastic jaws (412), and the first elastic member (500) enables the needle holder (300) to move instantaneously and automatically toward the distal end of the first housing (100). The device has a simple structure, is low in cost, and is easy to operate.
