Abstract:
This sensor device includes: a sensor unit which outputs a sinusoidal detection signal having the amplitude according to a physical amount of a subject to be detected; a reference signal generation unit which generates a first sinusoidal reference signal having the same frequency and phase as the detection signal; and a demodulation unit which multiplies the first reference signal by the detection signal output from the sensor unit, and generates, as a first demodulation signal according to a physical amount of the subject to be detected, a signal according to a DC component included in a signal of the multiplication result. The reference signal generation unit generates a second sinusoidal reference signal having the same frequency as the detection signal but having a phase deviated from that of the detection signal. The demodulation unit multiplies the second reference signal by the detection signal output from the sensor unit, and generates, as a second demodulation signal according to a noise component that overlaps the detection signal, a signal according to a DC component included in a signal of the multiplication result.
