Abstract:
The present invention provides: a sensor device which has enhanced stability and an increased lifespan, and can accurately distinguish a volatile compound from vapor even at a high humidity; and a method for manufacturing the sensor device. The sensor device according to an embodiment may comprise: a measurement converter which includes a pixel array provided to condense a volatile compound and vapor, and a sensing porous dielectric layer provided in the form of a plurality of spheres forming the pixel array; a temperature controller which is provided around the pixel array and configured to control the temperature of each pixel forming the pixel array and the overall temperature of the pixel array; a detection means which is connected to the measurement converter and configured to detect a response pattern of the volatile compound by means of the pixel array; an analysis unit which is configured to process the response pattern of the volatile compound, classify the response pattern according to defined classes by using a pre-generated machine-learning algorithm, and store the response pattern and the classification result corresponding to the response pattern; a stimulation source connected to the measurement converter and configured to stimulate the measurement converter; and a controller which is connected to the stimulation source, the temperature controller, and the analysis unit, and configured to control parameters of the stimulation source and control the temperature of the pixel array by using the temperature controller.
