Abstract:
Provided is a sensor device with which temperature compensation of the sensitivity of a bridge circuit can be performed arbitrarily over a wide sensitivity range. A sensor device 1A comprises a bridge circuit 2, a bias circuit 3, and a detection signal receiving circuit 4. The bridge circuit 2 is configured by bridge-connecting four sensor elements R1, R2, R3 and R4. The bias circuit 3 comprises an oscillation circuit 31 and an averaging circuit 32. The oscillation circuit 31 outputs an oscillating signal V in which an output voltage Vref1 in a first output state and an output voltage Vref2 in a second output state having temperature dependency are repeated alternately with a predetermined ratio. The averaging circuit 32 averages the output voltage of the oscillation circuit 31, and applies the resulting voltage as a bias voltage Vbias to a bias terminal 2a of the bridge circuit 2. By applying this voltage, the bias circuit 3 excites the bridge circuit 2 and cancels out temperature variation of the sensitivity thereof resulting from a change in temperature, thereby compensating for sensitivity temperature characteristics.
