Abstract:
The invention relates to a sensor module and to a method for producing a sensor module for determining a property of a fluid, particularly for air quality measurement, said sensor module comprising a printed circuit board (20), at least one sensor (21, 22) arranged on the printed circuit board (20) for recording a measuring variable of the ambient air, and a housing (10) for the printed circuit board (20). Part of the printed circuit board (20) protrudes out of an opening (16) in the housing (10), the at least one sensor (21, 22) being arranged on a front side of the protruding part of the printed circuit board (20). Furthermore, at least the front side of the protruding part of the printed circuit board (20), with the exception of a recess for the at least one sensor (21, 22), is filled with a filling compound (29). The sensor module can be used in an inner space or an air duct of motor vehicles or buidlings. In one embodiment, the sensor element measures temperature, relative humidity and gas concentration in a fluid, particularly in the ambient air.
