Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a temperature/humidity sensor with which reliability is improved. This temperature/humidity sensor has a housing thereof entirely or partially inserted into a main duct having a gas passing therethrough, and detects the humidity of the gas, said temperature/humidity sensor being provided with: a first auxiliary passage which is configured as a portion of the housing, and through which a portion of the gas passing through the main duct flows in a direction substantially the same as that of the flow inside the main duct; a constriction segment which is provided, between an inlet and an outlet of the first auxiliary passage, to a surface inside the first auxiliary passage, and which is provided with an aperture having a smaller cross-sectional area than the average cross-sectional area of the whole first auxiliary passage; and a second auxiliary passage which connects an upstream side and a downstream side of the constriction segment, and which is different to the first auxiliary passage. An outlet and an inlet of the second auxiliary passage are connected via respective connection ports to the first auxiliary passage. When viewed from an axis along an upstream/downstream direction of the flow inside the first passage, either the connection port connecting the inlet of the second auxiliary passage to the first auxiliary passage, or the connection port connecting the outlet of the second auxiliary passage to the first auxiliary passage is provided to a side not having the constriction segment provided thereto.
