Abstract:
A separable coupling hinge for mounting and removal of a toilet cover (20). The separable coupling hinge comprises a hinge base (10) having a rear end provided with a hinge tube (11) and a rotatable cover (20) hinge-connected to the hinge tube (11). A rotatable first flat shaft (31) is mounted and exposed at each of two ends of the hinge tube (11). A coupling (50) that synchronously spins as the cover (20) rotates is mounted at each of two sides of a rear end of the cover (20). A flat slot (511) for radially engaging with the first flat shaft (31) and coupling therewith is provided in a radial direction of the coupling (50). A locking member (40) is further sleeved and fixed at each of two ends of the hinge tube (11). The locking member (40) is provided with a locking ring (43) driven by rotation of the first flat shaft (31) to axially extend or retract. When the locking ring (43) extends out of the locking member (40) to engage with the coupling (50), the first flat shaft (31) is restricted and locked in the flat slot (511); when the lock ring (43) retracts into the locking member (40) and disengages from the coupling (50), the lock ring (43) stays clear of the first flat shaft (31) in the flat slot (511), thereby unlocking the same. At a preset rotation angle of the cover (20), the cover (20) can be easily mounted on or removed from the hinge base without using a tool; at a non-preset rotation angle, the cover (20) cannot be removed. The cover (20) is quickly mounted and removed, thereby facilitating the cleaning of a toilet.
