Abstract:
Provided is a solid–liquid separation apparatus for petroleum exploitation, comprising a main body (1), a transverse pressing mechanism (2), a longitudinal pressing mechanism (3), and a material-clearing mechanism (4); said main body (1) is provided with a first separation chamber (11), a second separation chamber (12), and a liquid collection chamber (13), in communication with each other in sequence from top to bottom; a first filtration screen (5), and a second filtration screen (6); above the first separation chamber (11) is connected a material feed port (14), one side of the first separation chamber (11) is provided with a first material discharge port, and the first material discharge port is equipped with an automatic door; one side of the second separation chamber (12) is provided with a second material discharge port, and the second material discharge port is equipped with a second automatic door; the present solid–liquid separation apparatus for petroleum exploitation employs a transverse pressing mechanism (2) in conjunction with a longitudinal pressing mechanism (3) for two-way pressing and has good separation performance, and uses two separate filtrations for thorough filtration; the lateral pressing mechanism (2) and the material-clearing mechanism (4) can discharge residue directly, facilitating continuous operation and separation processing at scale, and are particularly suitable for industrial applications and are highly practical.
