Abstract:
Provided is a separation device in a melting pump, the separation device capable of continuously operating without a reduction in operation efficiency even when performing a melting operation by circulating a high-concentration solution or a solution that is hard to melt and, for example, tends to produce lumpy and tufted agglomerates. An introduction pipe (12) continuous with the discharge side (6a) of a melting pump (6) is disposed so as to project inward from the bottom surface of a cylindrical container (11), a discharge port (13) is provided in the upper part of the cylindrical container (11), a circulation port (14) communicating with the melting pump (6) is provided in the lower part thereof, and twisting plates (20) for turning the flow of the solution discharged from the introduction pipe (12) are disposed at the discharge end (12a) of the introduction pipe (12).
