Abstract:
Provided is a separation membrane for processing an acidic gas-containing gas, which processes and separates a mixed gas that contains an acidic gas and a methane gas and/or a nitrogen gas into respective gas components, while optimizing an intermediate layer provided on a supporting body, and which enables the efficient achievement of an acidic gas or a methane gas and/or a nitrogen gas.
A separation membrane for processing an acidic gas-containing gas, which is obtained by laminating an intermediate layer and a separation layer on an inorganic porous supporting body. The intermediate layer has a polysiloxane network structure wherein the blending ratio of tetraalkoxysilane (A1) to a hydrocarbon group-containing trialkoxysilane (B1) in terms of weight, namely A1/B1 is adjusted to be within the range from 30/70 to 99.9/0.1. The separation layer has a polysiloxane network structure wherein the blending ratio of tetraalkoxysilane (A2) to a hydrocarbon group-containing trialkoxysilane (B2) in terms of weight, namely A2/B2 is adjusted to be within the range from 0/100 to 70/30.
