Provided is a separation membrane support formed of a non-woven fabric that has a high yield ratio and stable and excellent film-forming properties when supporting separation membranes such as various microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and reverse osmosis membranes, excellent processing properties when manufacturing a fluid separation membrane, and excellent mechanical strength. Also provided is a separation membrane that uses the separation membrane support to have high film peel strength, and a fluid separation membrane. The separation membrane support is formed of the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric has a boiling water shrinkage of between -0.2% and 2.0% in a length (longitudinal) direction after processing in boiling water for five minutes. The separation membrane is formed by forming a membrane which has a separation function on a surface of the separation membrane support. The fluid separation device includes the separation membrane as a component thereof.
