Abstract:
Provided is a separation and purification apparatus for microorganisms, comprising: a connection structure (2) capable of being gripped by a robotic manipulator of an automatic pipetting station; a mounting structure (1) connected to the connecting structure (2), wherein a plurality of separation and purification tools (4) are mounted on the mounting structure (1), and the robotic manipulator can drive the plurality of separation and purification tools (4) to perform separation and purification operations at the same time; and a supporting structure (3), wherein the mounting structure (1) is supported on the supporting structure (3) in a state where the connection structure (2) is separated from the robotic manipulator. The separation and purification apparatus for microorganisms can achieve the automation of separation and purification operations for microorganisms by utilizing the robotic manipulator of the automatic pipetting station, which is highly efficient and can avoid the problem of the experimental error caused by experimenters when they are fatigued due to repeated operations.
