Abstract:
A separation and pyrolysis system, comprising a cyclone separator (1) and a pyrolysis and gasification bed (2). The cyclone separator comprises a housing and a center cylinder (12) located in the housing; one end of the center cylinder is fixedly connected to the top of the housing; the housing is divided by the center cylinder into an inner cyclone separation cavity (101) and an outer cyclone separation cavity (102); the inner cyclone separation cavity is inside the center cylinder, and the outer cyclone separation cavity is outside central cylinder; a sidewall of the housing is provided with an inlet (a) in communication with the outer cyclone separation cavity; the top of the housing is provided with an outlet (b) in communication with the inner cyclone separation cavity. The pyrolysis and gasification bed comprises a conical air distributor (201) located in the bottom of the housing of the cyclone separator; the conical air distributor is provided with a plurality of air outlets in communication with the cyclone separator; the conical air distributor is communicated with a gasification agent pipe (3). The system has high gasification efficiency and carbon conversion efficiency.
