Abstract:
Provided is a separator structure body for use in a zinc secondary battery. This separator structure body is provided with a ceramic separator comprising an inorganic solid electrolyte body and having hydroxide ion conductivity but no water permeability, and a peripheral member provided along the periphery of the ceramic separator and comprising at least either one of a resin external frame and a resin film. The separator structure body as a whole does not have water permeability. The present invention allows for the provision of a separator structure body that is capable of ensuring the partitioning between the positive electrode side and the negative electrode side of a zinc secondary battery, and is in a form that facilitates the sealing and binding thereof in a resin battery container and widely improves handling ability when assembling the battery.
