Abstract:
A separator for textile printing and dyeing machinery, comprising a spray box, a baffle, fixed rods, a connecting shaft, a liquid inlet pipe, a high-pressure air pump, electric telescopic rods, and push plates; the bottom end of the spray box is provided with a spray port, and the upper end of the spray box is connected to the connecting shaft; a mounting cavity is provided inside the connecting shaft; the mounting cavity is communicated with the inside of the spray box; the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet pipe is located in the spray box, the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet pipe passes through the connecting shaft, and the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet pipe is connected to the air outlet port of the high-pressure air pump; the upper end of the baffle is provided with two fixed rods; the two fixed rods are connected to the inner wall of the spray box; the electric telescopic rods are connected to the bottom surface of the spray box, the telescopic ends of the electric telescopic rods face the central axis of the spray box, and the telescopic ends of the electric telescopic rods are respectively connected to the push plates in one-to-one correspondence; the push plates are slidably connected to the bottom surface of the spray box. According to the present utility model, part of a textile can be re-printed and dyed and the range of dye spraying can be adjusted according to the requirement for textile printing and dyeing, thereby improving the practicability of the device.
