Abstract:
A sequence labeling method and apparatus, and a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring text to be labeled, and determining character and word vectors and a position vector of the text to be labeled (S302); extracting feature information of the character and word vectors and the position vector (S304); calculating, according to the feature information, an attention weight matrix between characters in the text to be labeled, so as to carry out attention weight mapping on the relationship between the characters in the text to be labeled (S306); and adding a fully connected layer feature matrix to the attention weight matrix, so as to calculate the probability of each character, in the text to be labeled, belonging to a label, and taking the label with the highest probability from among the labels to which each character belongs as a label sequence prediction result and outputting same (S308). A convolutional neural network of a deep learning algorithm is utilized, an attention mechanism of an EM algorithm in the field of computer vision (CV) is used as a reference, and by means of the operation of the attention mechanism of the EM algorithm, the calculation amount for long text is reduced in an NLP sequence labeling task, the efficiency of sequence labeling is improved, and the precision of the sequence labeling task is ensured.
