Abstract:
A series elutriation and deep beneficiation method for magnetites extremely difficult to be beneficiated. The elutriation and magnetic separation processes are connected in series, an elutriation and magnetic separation machine is configured to perform coarse separation and fine separation, and then return the middlings to a regrinding closed loop cycle separation step. The sludge and gangue are removed in a first phase of elutriation and magnetic separation, the grade of the concentrate is raised once, the viscosity of the ore pulp is further reduced, and the subsequent separation environment is improved; 85% or 95% of the coenobium is removed in a second phase of elutriation and magnetic separation, and the grade of the concentrate is raised to over 65%; and in the second phase of elutriation and magnetic separation, tailings are fed as middlings into a vertical mill for regrinding, the vertical mill has a discharge ore fineness of -0.043 mm, a fraction content of ≥90%, and the single separation degree of an iron mineral is > 85%, and after re-separation, it can be ensured that the grade of the concentrate reaches 65% or higher.
