Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of battery formation, and particularly relates to a series formation and capacity grading circuit capable of realizing constant-voltage charging. The circuit comprises a bidirectional constant-current power supply, and a plurality of charging modules, wherein the plurality of charging modules are connected in series and are then connected to the bidirectional constant-current power supply; the charging module comprises a bypass switch and a battery; the bypass switch is connected to the battery; and the bypass switch is used for placing the battery inside a charging and discharging loop or outside the charging and discharging loop. Provided in the present invention is a series formation and capacity grading circuit capable of realizing constant-voltage charging, which circuit realizes independent control of the charging current of battery cells in a series loop, and meets the requirements of the formation and capacity grading processes for constant-voltage charging during actual production, so that series formation and capacity grading technologies are practical.
