The present invention relates to a server apparatus for product sales which sells products online, and a product sales method thereof. More specifically, the server apparatus of the invention includes: a communication unit that communicates with plural user terminals through a network, a storage unit that stores not only product information on plural products and the information on incentives applied to the purchase of the products, and a control unit that displays the amount of incentives set for the plural products. In addition, the control unit performs a control operation to apply the incentive which corresponds to the amount of the contract price for purchasing the corresponding product, to a user who bids the minimal prices among plural users who bid prices by assessing a purchase page for each product through plural user terminals. Therefore, the user who wants to purchase a product online is able to get an actual discount benefit for the product and a seller who sells the product online is capable of having the maximal advertisement effect at a low price.
