Abstract:
A server according to various embodiments comprises: a communication circuit; a memory for storing instructions; and a processor operably connected to the communication circuit and the memory, wherein the processor may be configured to execute the instructions such that the server identifies a first telecommunication fee system selected by an electronic device from among at least one telecommunication fee system of at least one mobile network operator (MNO), requests, via the communication circuit, a server of the MNO providing the first telecommunication fee system among the at least one MNO to activate the first telecommunication fee system for the electronic device, on the basis of user information of the electronic device, and when an application profile is received from the server of the MNO after the first telecommunication fee system is requested to be activated, transmits the application profile to the electronic device via the communication circuit such that the electronic device uses a communication service from the MNO.
