Abstract:
Disclosed is a server-side processing method for realizing active initiation of a conversation. The method comprises: in response to a received connection establishment request from a voice client, establishing a communication connection with the voice client; receiving, by means of the communication connection, an information stream sent by the voice client; and performing conversation decision-making processing according to the information stream, and acquiring, when an active conversation scenario is determined, matching conversation content for output to the voice client. Further disclosed are a server and a system for realizing active initiation of a conversation. According to the solution disclosed in the present invention, intelligent decision-making regarding voice interaction is realized; and a conversation can be actively initiated based on a decision of a server side, such that the interaction experience is enhanced, and intelligent interaction is realized.
