The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a service data processing method and a device. In the present application, a sending device generates an OTN packaging signal carrying service data, generates and sends at least n FlexO frames according to the OTN packaging signal, wherein r FlexO frames of the at least n FlexO frames carry service check data. The service check data is used for restoring the service data when the error rate of k FlexO frames is greater than the reference error rate. In this way, if a fault occurs in no more than r physical ports in physical ports comprised in a FlexO group interface, or the error rate of no more than r FlexO frames is greater than the reference error rate due to other reasons, a receiving device restores the service data by means of the received FlexO frame, thereby implementing lossless recovery of the service data.
