Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a service monitoring method and apparatus for a flight query system, a device, and a storage medium, comprising: on the basis of configuration information, generating at least one query command, the query command indicating a popular city pair corresponding to an item of identity information of an airline; respectively generating a query packet of each query command; sending the query packets to a flight query system, and simulating an operation of identity information of an airline requesting the flight query system to query a popular city pair to obtain a query result returned by the flight query system; and using a query result of target identity information of a target airline for each popular city pair to determine a shielding result of the target identity information of the target airline by the flight query system. In the present application, service monitoring of the flight query system is implemented by means of simulating the operation of target identity information of a target airline requesting the flight query system to query popular city pairs, improving the real-time performance and accuracy of service monitoring of the flight query system, and reducing the false alarm rate of the service monitoring of the flight query system.
