Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a service ordering method, system, and service server; acquiring a service ordering request initiated by a terminal; on the basis of the service ordering request, determining the corresponding service and the required total cost; on the basis of the service and the total cost, sending a deduction request to a billing server; and on the basis of the deduction results fed back by the billing server, executing a corresponding operation, comprising: when the deduction results show that the deduction failed, sending a deduction request to the billing server on the basis of a service of the same service type as that of the current deduction request but having a lower required total cost; and when the deduction results show that the deduction is successful, ordering the corresponding service. By means of the present application, services available to order can be automatically selected for a user without requiring the user to perform multiple manual operations, thus reducing the complexity of the user operation, increasing the success rate of external orders, and ensuring both the user experience and the interests of the merchant.
