Abstract:
A service planning device (10) comprises: a service candidate enumeration unit (11) for outputting service candidates including combination information indicating destinations where mobile objects are headed; an object term setting unit (12) for calculating a total travel cost that is the total of travel costs required for travel with respect to each of the service candidates, and setting a QUBO coefficient (Q(o)) of an object term of a QUBO problem; a constraint term setting unit (13) for setting a QUBO coefficient (Q(k)) of a constraint term; a coupling unit (14) for generating a coupled QUBO coefficient (Q(l)) by weighting and coupling the QUBO coefficient (Q(o)) of the object term and the QUBO coefficient (Q(k)) of the constraint term; an annealing unit (15) for obtaining, by annealing, one or more solutions to a QUBO problem represented by the coupled QUBO coefficient (Q(l)); and a constraint verification unit (16) for extracting executable solutions satisfying a constraint condition from the one or more solutions, and selecting an optimal solution from the executable solutions.
