Abstract:

Embodiments of the present invention provide a service processing method and apparatus based on a business process management (BPM). The service processing method comprises: a service node receiving service data sent by an upstream service node; the service node setting up at least one exit branch according to the service data and a process variable of the service node corresponding to the service data, the process variable being used for indicating an attribute of the downstream service node; the service node outputting the at least one exit branch to a display page, so that a user selects an exit branch on the display page to initiate a trigger instruction; and the service node determining the exit branch according to the received trigger instruction, and outputting the service data through the exit branch. The efficiency of online process adjustment in service processing can be improved, thereby improving the overall flexibility of the service processing.
