Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of electronics, and provide a service processing method and device, capable of transferring a unified identity on the basis of connection relationships between devices and automatically providing a user with continuous service content across devices on the basis of the unified identity, so that operations of the user can be reduced, thereby improving user experience. The solution comprises: a first device generates a first unified identity, the first unified identity being used for the first device to request from a service server for a first service content of a target service, the first service content being used for generating or updating historical service information corresponding to the first unified identity; and after establishing a short-distance wireless connection with a second device, sends the first unified identity to the second device, the first unified identity being further used for the second device to request from the service server for a second service content of the target service, the second service content being determined according to the historical service information, and the second service content being continuous with the first service content. The embodiments of the present application are used for service processing.
