Title:
SERVICE-PROVIDING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/090142
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A service-providing system for holding data unique to each tenant individually in isolation and holding data common to each tenant in a centralized manner, allowing these data to be handled seamlessly by each tenant in a structure that provides a service on a multitenant basis. A database has a common schema and individual schemas each of which corresponds to each tenant, and the database holds, in the common schema, common data to which the tenants are accessible in common and unique data to which only each of the tenants is accessible. Each of the individual schemas has a view for accessing real data in the common schema, the view allowing an access, using tenant identification information as a parameter, to the common data and only the unique data pertaining to a tenant that corresponds to the identification information. An application discriminates a tenant utilized by a user and accesses the database via a view of the corresponding individual schema.
