Abstract:
The invention pertains to the field of data processing, and provides a service query method and a related device. The service query method comprises: acquiring a query instruction sent by a terminal (S110); detecting, according to the query instruction, whether the terminal has a query page stored (S120); if so, sending to the terminal a first instruction used to display the query page on the terminal (S130); acquiring a query serial number sent by the terminal, wherein the query page comprises the query serial number used to query service information, and the query serial number comprises a historical query serial number and a current query serial number (S140); and sending, according to the query serial number, a second instruction to the terminal, so as to display service information corresponding to the query serial number on the query page (S150). The invention facilitates viewing of the service information corresponding to the query serial number to improve service query efficiency, and also facilitates acquisition of the historical query serial number and the current query serial number, so as to prevent a reduction in efficiency of user service information queries caused by users forgetting query serial numbers.
