Abstract:
The present application discloses a service request adjustment method. In a service request processing system, a first queue and a second queue are preconfigured, a higher number of threads are created for the first queue than the second queue, and a service request in the first queue has a higher priority level than a service quest in the second queue. Upon reaching an adjustment time point, whether the number of service requests currently being processed by the threads in the first queue is smaller than a processing threshold is determined; if so, then a service request in the second queue is transferred to the first queue according to a predetermined adjustment policy, thus enabling dynamic adjustment of allocated resources for a service request in a queue according to a use condition of resources, and ensuring that a service request having a high priority level in requests is timely processed. In addition, if resources are sufficient, a service request having a lower priority level can be processed as soon as possible, thus improving a resource utilization rate.
