Abstract:
A serving plate capable of cooling or heating food is disclosed. The serving plate comprises: a plate main body for accommodating food; a heat exchange unit provided in the plate main body in order to cool or heat the accommodated food; a communication unit; and a processor for identifying, through the communication unit, whether a control signal, based on the approach of a predefined user within a region in which the serving plate is located, is received, identifying a control temperature included in the control signal when reception of the control signal is identified, and controlling, on the basis of the identified control temperature, the heat exchange unit so as to cool or heat the accommodated food.
