Abstract:
Provided is a servo control device that is applied to a numerically controlled device; which is provided with a screw-driven feeding section that converts rotating movements of motors to linear movements, a driven section that is made to move linearly by the screw-driven feeding section, and a support member by which the screw-driven feeding section and the driven section are supported; in order to improve precision in position control; and that controls a motor so as to make the position of the driven section match a positioning command; is also provided with a support-member reaction-force compensation unit (311) that compensates vibrations at the driven section due to vibration reaction-force by the support member, and a transfer function that this support-member reaction-force compensation unit (311) has includes a rigidity term of the driven section.
