Abstract:
The present invention relates to a servo valve capable of precisely regulating a discharge flow rate, the servo valve comprising: a valve body unit formed with an inflow part through which a fluid flows in and a discharge part through which the fluid is discharged; an inflow port communicating the inflow part and the discharge part within the valve body unit; an opening/closing unit disposed in the inflow port and selectively opening and closing the inflow port; and a driving unit which operates to open the inflow port by opening a through-hole formed in the opening/closing unit or moving the opening/closing unit so that a certain flow rate is discharged. Through the above-described configuration, an effect can be obtained in which the discharge flow rate can be precisely regulated by performing a control to open the inflow port by opening the through-hole formed in the opening/closing unit or moving the opening/closing unit.
