Abstract:
Provided are a session management method, device and system, which can enable a terminal to still access a local data network via a local UPF network element when the terminal is not within a management region of a distal anchor point SMF network element. The method comprises: an intermediate session management network element receiving one or more local data network access identifiers (DNAIs); and the intermediate session management network element determining a target DNAI according to current position information of a terminal and the one or more local DNAIs, wherein the target DNAI is used for selecting a local session management network element for the terminal.
