Abstract:
A set-top box light guide column (100) and a set-top box having same. The light guide column (100) is designed to be in the shape of a Chinese character "凸"; and saw-toothed processing is performed on a back surface (110) and all the remaining surfaces are polished. A light source (300) is placed at a side surface (120) of the light guide column (100), and light can be diffusely reflected after passing the back surface (110) and totally reflected on the remaining side surfaces. The light exits from a front surface (130) of the light guide column uniformly to avoid the occurrence of light spots. Therefore, the light of the light source is uniformly transmitted and a good display effect is achieved.
