Abstract:
A settlement device according to the present disclosure is provided with: a reception means which receives selection of either a first process for acquiring settlement information about a product registered using a terminal device used by a customer, or a second process for acquiring settlement information about a product registered by a self-settlement device having a registration function for registering a product in accordance with a customer's operation; and a settlement means which executes the selected first or second process, and uses the acquired settlement information to settle the payment.
