Abstract:
Provided is a system capable of, when an operation for setting up an application in a mobile terminal is outsourced, preventing an outsourcing contractor from taking out the application without permission and from illegally setting up a mobile terminal. The setup management system 1 includes a mobile terminal 2, an install device 3 that installs a NW application 5 into the mobile terminal 2, and an activation device 4 that activates the NW application 5 in the mobile terminal 2. When an authentication key is not stored in the mobile terminal 2, the NW application 5 transmits an activation request to the activation device 4 via a secure network 6, stores in the mobile terminal 2 an authentication key received from the activation device 4, and verifies the authentication key stored in the mobile terminal 2.
