Abstract:
A sewer biogas explosion-proof system, comprising an isolation device (1) located below a manhole cover (3), and an embedded water pipe (2). The isolation device comprises a bottom plate (11) and a side plate (12), the area of the bottom plate covers the manhole cover, one side of the isolation device is hinged to a side wall of a manhole tunnel (4), and the periphery thereof is fixed to the top of the manhole tunnel by means of a magnetic chuck located at the top of the side plate. The bottom plate, the side plate and a manhole wall constitute an accommodating box for objects entering from the manhole cover as a whole. By means of the arrangement of the magnetic chuck, the isolation device can be easily opened along a hinged edge, and the embedded water pipe passes through the manhole wall from a position between the bottom plate and the manhole cover and extends to the bottom of the manhole tunnel. The sewer biogas explosion-proof system has a simple overall structure, and is able to effectively prevent a fire source from contacting biogas within the manhole tunnel, avoiding the occurrence of an explosion accident. The isolation device also facilitates the recovery of waste falling into a manhole, prevents contamination of the manhole tunnel and has a good environmental protection effect.
