The present invention relates to a kinescope (1) in which the slots (19) of an apertured shadow-mask or of an apertured grid (4) as well as the luminophore strips (R for red, G for green, B for blue) on the kinescope screen are parallel to the horizontal-deflection line 0¿hd?. One or more planes of planar electron beams d¿1?-d¿6? are parallel to the frame-deflection line. The apertures (23) of the efficient flows of all the electron beams taper continuously and are concentrated towards the slots (19) of the mask (4) during the horizontal deflection periods. An additional mask (5) with slots (21), a projector with two planes 0¿l? and 0¿r? for a triplet of planar beams as well as a lenticular raster (15) or a concentrating-lenticular raster (16) are used for forming on the screen a plurality of stereoscopic multi-angular images which have an increased luminosity. It is thus possible to observe stereoimages without using glasses and at various distances from the screen. The mobile masks (4) or (5) comprising the concentrating-lenticular raster (16) allow for a maximised surface-area of the background of the colour luminophore screen. Kinescopes comprising four groups of planar beams as well as a stereo-raster (15) with specific lenses can generate two stereo images which can be observed simultaneously by two spectators located at angles that differ by their heights.
