Abstract:
A shaft guide connection apparatus, for use in connecting an upper shaft guide (2) to a lower shaft guide (7). A notch is provided at one side of the top of the lower shaft guide. The shaft guide connection apparatus comprises a connection shaft (102), an upper tab pipe (101), a lower tab pipe (106), two angle steels I (103) which are symmetrically provided, a fixed block (105), a pin base (107), and a fixing pin (108). Shaft guide connection apparatuses are independently separated, i.e., the guide function and the positioning function of the traditional shaft guide are implemented by different shaft guides and different corresponding shaft guide connection apparatuses, respectively. By providing separate shaft guide connection apparatuses, the position precision of the shaft guides are determined, as a whole, by multiple shaft guide connection apparatuses. Therefore, the shaft guide connection apparatuses can be mounted and adjusted on shaft guide beams freely and precisely, the precision of mounting the shaft guides at an initial stage can be improved, and the replacement of the shaft guides is facilitated. Moreover, each shaft guide beam I only bears the weight of one shaft guide above same. When the shaft guide beam I is deformed, the mutual extrusion of the shaft guides does not exist. Also disclosed is a connection method for the shaft guide connection apparatus.
