Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shaft member backlash prevention device preventing the backlash (including movement, a clearance, shaking and the like) of a shaft member by using the attraction of magnets provided at a case of the shaft member and steel pieces (magnetic body) provided at the shaft member, such that precise control and high-speed control are enabled and noise is reduced, and comprising: a motor (1) controlled by a control means; a driving gear (2) provided at a rotary shaft of the motor (1); the shaft member (3) axially-provided at the case (11); a driven gear (4) provided at one side of the shaft member (3) and gear-coupled to the driving gear (2); a plurality of steel pieces (15, 16, 17, 18) protrudingly fixed in a predetermined size and at a predetermined height (h) to the outer periphery (outer peripheral surface) of the shaft member (3); and a plurality of magnets (19, 20, 21, 22) provided at the inner side part of the case (11) at positions corresponding to the steel pieces (15, 16, 17, 18), and pulling the steel pieces (15, 16, 17, 18) by means of attraction so as to prevent the backlash of the shaft member (3).
