Abstract:
Provided is a sensor structure which is capable of detecting, with greater accuracy in comparison to the prior art, a load applied to an object. The present invention is provided with: a holding body (45) for holding an object attached to a flat plate-shaped support plate (47) such that the object can be moved three-dimensionally in an X-axis direction, a Y-axis direction, and a Z-axis direction in accordance with an external load; and a triaxial force sensor (50) which detects the load on the object while in a state of being integrally attached to the support plate (47). The triaxial force sensor (50) is provided with: a shaft part (51) which supports the object; a strain body (55) which receives the load on the object through the shaft part (51); an X-axis strain gauge (56) which is bonded to one surface of the strain body (55) in order to detect an X-axis direction force component; a Y-axis strain gauge (57) which is bonded to the one surface of the strain body (55) in order to detect a Y-axis direction force component; and a Z-axis strain gauge (58) which is bonded to the one surface of the strain body (55) between the X-axis strain gauge (56) and the Y-axis strain gauge (57), in order to detect a Z-axis direction force component.
