Abstract:
A shaft type water pump with straight steel tube is disclosed, which has a stator iron core frame (13) that is formed by casting a part of the stator iron core magnetic poles (12). The inner cavity of the stator is formed a closed straight steel tube. The other part of the stator iron core magnetic poles is exposed from the straight steel tube and is used as the line grooves of the stator winding. The inner cavity of the stator and the stator winding are completely arranged independently, which can achieve independent waterproof. The bracket of the rotor is composed by the stator iron core frame (13) and the water pump end cover (34). The rotor is designed with straight steel tube. The straight steel tube is fixed to a crankshaft of the water pump, and the blade (3) is mounted in inner wall of crankshaft. The shaft type water pump with straight steel tube is provided with a undersize volume, light weight, simple structure and lesser energy consumption.
