Abstract:
A shape memory alloy screen pipe material with ultrahigh strain recovery, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The shape memory alloy screen pipe material with ultrahigh strain recovery is obtained by cold-pressing forming of a preform, the preform is prepared by winding a NiTi shape memory alloy wire into helical coils and then winding, laying or weaving the helical coils, and the helical coil structures of the NiTi shape memory alloy wire in the preform are embedded with each other or are interlocked; and the alloy screen pipe material has 43-83% of the recovery strain at a temperature of 100-350°C. The alloy screen pipe material has an excellent high-temperature tolerance, can achieve spontaneous expansion deformation under high-temperature conditions, has an ultrahigh recoverable strain of 43% or more in general, has the pore characteristics of a through hole structure, and is controllable in pore diameter, thereby ensuring a filtering effect, and the preparation cost of the alloy screen pipe material is also relatively low.
