The present invention relates to a shared media unit matching and mediation system for local target marketing, and a service method therefor, and, more specifically, the present invention relates to a shared media unit matching and mediation system, and a service method therefor, the system allowing shared media, such as a digital display, provided in an off-line space in a specific region to be shared so that local small business owners, owner-operators, and corporate advertisers perform local target marketing off-line, and allowing the shared media to be individually, directly and freely configured according to various marketing purposes and types that users (advertisers) intend to execute, so that precise and efficient local target marketing is performed.
