A shared terminal control device (11) for a shared terminal (10) detects a user who has approached the shared terminal (10), identifies the detected individual user, acquires guidance information for the identified user from among information relating to a transit system, and causes a display device (18) of the shared terminal (10) and/or a display device of a user terminal (40) to display the guidance information.
